Product Guarantee / Faulty Goods
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months unless stated otherwise.
Your goods will be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase please send the item back to us with the original receipt and all contact details including the fault.
This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. Should your product develop a fault within a first 14 days of purchase you many return your goods for a exchange providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied.
This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please note that credit card receipt or statement cannot be used as prove of purchase. All goods that have developed a fault or are faulty have to be returned to us and the cost of the postage is paid by the customer. We will pay for the item to be returned back to you.
Cancellation of Orders
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from date of delivery for full refund less any applicable delivery charges. Special Order item can not be returned.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 30 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 30 days period.
